Projects, subtitles and settings remain available until you delete them or request account deletion. In the Free plan, video files are deleted after 30 days.

Guest files are deleted 48 hours after processing. Free projects, subtitles and settings remain saved, while video files are deleted after 30 days. Ultimate video files are not automatically deleted after 30 days and are subject to Fair Use. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; you may withdraw consent.
